Shane has spent twenty-plus years inside media and advertising — building teams, running P&Ls, and advising founders at the inflection points where strategy meets execution. His practice is informed by enterprise experience at Volkswagen, years leading media and growth at boutique firms, and five years as the business administrator of a West Hollywood non-profit — where operations, finance, and governance became craft.

He founded Pure Vita Advisory to do consulting the way he always wished it had been done for him: specific, accountable, and honest. Small client roster by design. Deep attention. Counsel that stays in the room long enough for the work to compound.
